The services provided by White Tenerife, owner of the website www.whitetenerife.com, are subject to the following conditions:

General conditions

These conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. The user accepts that the use of this website does not imply any association, partnership or agency relationship between the user and www.whitetenerife.com

The reservation made through this website is conditional on the acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, do not continue with the reservation process. If the reservation is completed, the user agrees to have read and accepted the conditions of use. If there is any part that you do not understand well or if you have questions about the service, we invite you to solve them by mail to hola@whitetenerife.com.

Whale and dolphin watching

Cetaceans and dolphins are free in their natural habitat in the southern waters of the island of Tenerife and their observation is very likely -but never guaranteed- in excursions, charter and events that White Tenerife performs in those waters. We always sail trying to avoid nuisance to the marine fauna.
Participants must attend with interest to the skippers of the boat to follow their directions and instructions at all times.

Port of departure and arrival

Except for causes of force majeure beyond the control of White Tenerife, the port of departure and arrival of the boats are docks 6 and 8 of Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje (Tenerife).

Times and punctuality

Maximum punctuality is requested. If any participant arrives later than the scheduled departure time, the wait for the boat is not guaranteed and there will be no refund of the money.

The excursions have an approximate duration, depending on the state of the sea and the possible imponderables that may arise during it. White Tenerife is not responsible, nor will it be the subject of any claim, if the duration is not exactly that published. The same is true for hired charters. The events will entail a contract adapted to the reality of each one.


The excursion fee includes the skipper, sailors (chill out catamaran and eco catamaran), catering, port taxes and taxes. It also includes the company’s civil liability insurance.

In private charter services and events, it will include what is agreed in each one.

How to book the service

You must fill in the reservation form on the website and pay the total amount of the reservation through the payment gateway enabled for this purpose. The person who fills in the reservation module page does so on behalf of all the members of the group who participate in the service, this will confirm that the people who belong to it accept the reservation conditions.

This person agrees to pass on to the other members any information received from White Tenerife regarding changes, cancellations or conditions of service.
After making the reservation, www.whitetenerife.com will confirm it by email and send you a voucher-invoice with a numbered code that must be presented to White Tenerife at the time of departure (printed or on mobile). Until the payment has been confirmed, there will be no contract with the customer.

Cancellation policy

For cancelations it is enough to send an email to hola@tenerifeseacharter.com with the numeric code and the cancellation request 72 hours or more before the departure of the excursion. In this case, 90% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded, the remaining 10% will cover management and administration expenses. In the case of cancellation less than 72 hours from the date of the service, no amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation of an excursion for reasons of force majeure or for not having reached the minimum number of participants (in the case of excursions), White Tenerife will offer an alternative to the client and, if no agreement is reached, it will refund the total amount to the client .

In the case of private charter contracts or events, the conditions will be as follows:

– 100% refund of the amount paid if the cause of cancellation is due to force majeure (sea state, accident or death).
– 90% refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before departure date.
– 50% refund if the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days prior to the departure date.
– There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the departure date.

Change of conditions

White Tenerife reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The use of this website will be subject to the general conditions in force at the time of use.

White Tenerife reserves the right to change the service hours for reasons beyond the control of the company.


The client guarantees to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to contract with White Tenerife and to accept the obligations established by law for any liability derived from the use of this website.

The client guarantees that all personal information sent during the service reservation process are correct and assumes financial responsibility for all transactions carried out in his name or charged to his account.

White Tenerife, acting in good faith, does not assume any responsibility for eventual typographical errors or omissions on this page.

White Tenerife cannot guarantee that this website and the emails sent are free of viruses or other potentially dangerous components for your PC or Mac. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website.

White Tenerife is the owner of this website. It is not possible to use the content on this website for the benefit of third parties without the express authorization of the company.
